People Productions is proud to bring back “Collie Buddz with The New Kingston Band” for an exclusive North Coast appearance Friday, October 24th at Toph’s House in Benbow.

Unlike most reggae artists that grind on the riddim circuit for years, Collie Buddz jumped straight in to the big league with the hit single “Come Around,” an infectious song that blew up in Europe and topped the charts in the U.K. before it came to Jamaica.

A wicked voice, killer riddims and a mad-sick flow, Bermudian reggae artist Collie Buddz self titled debut album proves he’s a solidly talented artist with a rock-solid foundation in reggae and the talent to connect ghetto reality with the highest heights of human aspiration. Born in New Orleans and raised in Bermuda, Buddz creates island sounds that blend hip-hop and soca beats over confessional first-person lyrics.

Come dressed in costume for an evening of great music. Opening artists DJ Pee-Wee and special guests, Rise of the Revolution and DJ Selecta Prime. Tickets are $30 in advance and are on sale now at all the usual local outlets. Doors open at 9:00PM. NOTE: This show is 21 and over.
